The candidates who are planning to immigrate via the province’s Provincial Nominee Program must submit their Expression of Interest to the MPNP. Once the province is aware that you are interested, you will get an LAA if you meet all the requirements. Manitoba usually ranks people out of 1000 based on certain factors like age, work experience, provincial nominations and others.

Details of the draw

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) decided to invite international graduates and skilled workers during the November 19 draw. The province targeted three immigration streams for this particular round.
